AIM FEST is near! Go to AIM Fest 2005 to find our studio schedule of who plays what where...

Thanksgiving Day there will not be any piano lessons. So, make-up lessons will be offered the day before on Wednesday, at the same time. Confirm this with Mrs. McIntyre so she can put in on her calendar.

Spring Recital is scheduled for March 11 in Ruth Lilly Performance Hall in Christel DeHaan Fine Arts Center on the campus of the University of Indianapolis.

Studio Classes are not firmed up for posting on a calendar yet. But, remember in order to perform at the spring recital, you MUST perform your recital piece in at least one Studio Class and also attend the rehearsal. Rehearsal is slated for Feb. 11, 2005 (one month BEFORE the recital).

BIG NEWS! We will be finishing our school year with a Master Class (during May Studio Class time) at Meridian Music Munger Hall. This will allow us to combine both groups and each of you will have the chance to play for a visiting concert pianist! We'll mix solos and ensembles.

We begin holiday music the lesson after AIM Fest. Woo-hoo!

For new students, remits are the same in December, regardless of number of lessons in December, since the remit is a tuition installment. [See Studio Polices for clarification.]. Ask for the final amount if your child receives a holiday piano book. Newbies... we study ONLY holiday music during December! Fun! Parents - this is a chance to improve READING skills and at the same time have fun. In January, we 'hit the ground running' with our recital pieces and method books.

Thank you to everyone for using the 'swap lessons with another' plan! One week we had several students who needed to switch lessons. It all seemed to work out!
