Happy New Year!  We have ushered in a new century and a new millenniuum.

Important information specific to McIntyre Students:
I have made some changes to my Lesson Schedule.  This is important to those of you who may want to switch lesson times when sports schedules shift.  As you can see the schedule is tight, so offering another time without switching is next to impossible.  The positive side is that you have more slots from which to choose compared to last year.  Full lists of students with phone numbers are going home with students the week of January 3rd.  Please look for this roster and find a place for it for quick reference for those winter sick days.  For a reference on missed/switched lesson policy, click on: Studio Policies.

Spring Recital questions are popping up.  All info regarding the recital is on this web site.

Details regarding competitions and piano festivals are listed directly below.  More may be added to this site within two weeks.  Please check back to this page for confirmations.  If you just began lessons this year, you may wait until next year to participate.

The new Studio Class Schedule is revised for winter.  We shall be listening to contest pieces and improving our times for the One Minute Club Contest.

Snow days may be coming.   Sometimes I cancel the lesson and we credit the lesson or try to make it up.  But, often the snow or ice melts by the afternoon.  So, usually we'll connect on the phone if it looks bad and discuss the possibility of cancelling or postponing the lesson.  I wouldn't want anyone hurt on the way to a lesson.
