When? Saturday, November 18, 2006

Time? A two hour block, specific to each student.

Where? Butler University

Directions to Butler University: South on U.S. 31 (N. Meridian). West (right) on 46th Street (at the Governor's Estate), travel 4 blocks. Look for Butler Campus straight ahead. Look for the large modern performing arts building (Clowes Hall) on the right. Pass Clowes as you drive into campus. Just beyond Clowes on the NE corner is Lilly Hall. Lilly Hall is the music building. Park anywhere, even faculty slots. Enter by way of the stairs/ramp on NE side of building (door closest to Clowes).

CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION AND CONFIRM YOUR TIMES!

Sponsors? The volunteered, collected efforts of the local chapter members of the Music Teachers National Association (GIMTA)

Judges? Special guests leaders in the field of piano teaching and performing, who are paid to judge a particular level(s) for the entire day

What? A piano festival to encourage love for and achievement in piano performing.
Dress? Nice, but comfortable. Regular soled shoes
Remember music
Number the measures to Solo I, Solo II, and Technical Study. Begin numbering from the first complete measure!
Register at the desk in the lobby when you arrive
Arrive about 20 minutes early
2 hour block per student. Times begin at 9:00a and finish at 5:00pYou should be in and out within 2 hours.
